Insurance claims

We work the claim so you don't lose sleep.

From first inspection to final check, we handle the paperwork, meet the adjuster, and make sure you get what your policy actually owes you.

Insurance claims aren't complicated because roofers say so — they're complicated because carriers make them that way. We've handled 900+ claims and know exactly what documentation adjusters will accept.

Every HooNext job is scoped to your specific home, roof pitch, deck condition, ventilation, and how long you plan to live there. No template estimates, no upsell theater — just the system that will actually last.

Supplement & restore

Any line items the adjuster missed get supplemented. We complete the work and bill your carrier directly.

FAQ

Common questions.

How do I know if I have damage?+

Free inspection first. If there's real damage above your deductible, we help you file. If there isn't, we tell you — a bad claim can raise premiums for nothing.

Will filing a claim raise my rates?+

In Missouri and Kansas, a single weather-related claim typically doesn't. Multiple within three years might. We help you weigh it before you file.

How long does the whole process take?+

Two to eight weeks depending on carrier. We keep you moving — most delays come from the insurance side, not the roofing side.
