Roof replacement

One roof. One crew. Once.

Complete tear-off and new-system installation, engineered to be the last roof you'll need for the next 25 years.

A replacement isn't just new shingles on top. It's the deck, the underlayment, the ventilation, the flashing, and the drip edge — all done right or all done wrong.

Every HooNext job is scoped to your specific home, roof pitch, deck condition, ventilation, and how long you plan to live there. No template estimates, no upsell theater — just the system that will actually last.

How we work

The HooNext process.

01

FAQ

Common questions.

Can you install a new roof over the old one?+

We won't. Layovers hide rotten decking, void most warranties, and rarely save more than 10% up front. Tear-offs are the only way we install.

How much does a replacement cost?+

Kansas City residential replacements typically run $12,000–$28,000 for asphalt, $30,000–$65,000 for metal, and $50,000+ for tile. Exact number after a real inspection.

How long does it take?+

Most residential asphalt jobs finish in two to four days. Metal takes five to eight. Tile is a two-to-three-week project.
